Love is in Belair

This is a late post but it is still the "Love Month." The members of the  Laguna Belair Senior Citizens Association Inc. painted the village red and celebrated valentines day at the Laguna Belair I basketball court last February 14, 2015 with a light dinner and dance. The village's senior association has around 140 members.

It was a fun day for seniors because of the "love" food involved.  Seniors love to get together to eat, socialize and have fun. They never need a reason to party,  they just naturally love to live it up.

Love is in the air, and they are going to put their best foot forward to impress loved ones and friends. Seniors are ready for a cool and enjoyable party and activities.

Coincidentally,  that day  was also the 7th year wedding anniversary of my father and step mom.

Cupcakes with variety of flavors were served during the event.  This was my gift to my parents on their wedding anniversary.  I spent all day making those cupcakes.

Hello Elvie,

I’ve not blogged in a while ... okay, a LONG while, but that’s only because I’ve been busier, but well, off line. But I had decided that I’ve GOTTA make time for this today –

Happy Birthday, my lovely e-friend!

I still read your posts and enjoy them as always, but unlike before, I don’t yammer on out here on your blog. But please keep posting as and when you can. I love how you incorporate all your favourite things into your daily life. AND how you make the effort to brighter the lives of others.

You don’t have to wait to be blessed in your next life, Elvie. Your passion, thoughtfulness and generosity have already blessed you with grace and the zeal with which you live your life.

- Dude, she’s a star! Look at her rock those moves!

Best to you this year. And to your lovely family as well; darling doggies included. :-)
