My boss, Gregory Reichow - Vice President for Sunpower Phils. operations

"WHO WOULDN'T LOVE GREG" is a song dedicated to my boss, Gregory Reichow  who will soon be going back to the U.S. to pursue another career.  This was arranged and composed by our talented Purchasing and Logistics Director, Aloy Yamzon who loves to write songs.  In fact, he already has a number of Sunpower songs sang by many Sunpower employees.

The song "Who Wouldn't Love Greg" is sang by Greg's staff  and some other employees who were requested by Sir Aloy to join.  This song was made to honor him for his great leadership throughout his seven (7) years at Sunpower. We sang this song during our tribute to him held at the Bellevue Hotel Manila last April 27, 2011.  Later, I will have another blog featuring our tribute to him and I will share the photos during this event. I  will truly miss my boss.

THE VIDEO OF THE SONG

The video of the song was made by one of Sir Aloy's staff, Josh Javier and I provided him various pictures of Greg to use in this video.  Some employees contributed photos as well.

SONG RECORDING

We recorded the song last April 25, 2011 after work at the Alkemi Studio located at the 5/F of Electrahouse, 115 Esteban St., Makati City.  Those who were able to make it to the recording studio were Rey Mella, Boy Alfelor, Rose Katalbas, Jong Jimenez, Chuck Stone, Cherie Ocampo, Sharon Regoso, Gigi Guerrero and myself. Gloria Quizon was not able to make it due to training and Ralph Robinett was out of the country.
